A GROUP of travellers camped at Poole’s Whitecliff beauty spot have today moved on.
They left on the day Poole council went to court for an eviction order.
The travellers had moved to Whtiecliff from a public car park at Baiter, hours before a court deadline.
The council last week closed the children’s play area at Whitecliff after excrement was smeared on some of the play equipment. It said it did not have evidence that travellers were responsible.
