THE shortlist for the Blooming Beautiful Bournemouth campaign has been revealed.

Over the past few weeks, Daily Echo have asked our readers to get involved in a search for Bournemouth’s favoured businesses, in conjunction with Bournemouth Coastal BID and Heart FM.

It could have been down to the fantastic cup of coffee, outstanding customer service, top quality range of products or the overall experience.

Now, while the votes are counted and finalised, we can reveal to our readers the top-20 businesses as voted for by the public, which contains the five finalists, who will be announced in the Daily Echo on May 20.

In no particular order, they are: Bikram Yoga, Oceana Hotels (Cumberland and The Suncliff Hotel), Sands Hairdressers Southbourne, Hinton Firs Hotel, Cook at Westbourne, Tuga Cafe Restaurant, and Elsie Harrhy Coffee House.

Also included are: Westbourne Mind, Body Spirit, Tuckton Pharmacy, Fab Frocks, Chine Hotel, Lovett Estate Agency, Grove Tavern, BIC and Pavilion and Indis.

Finally there’s: Paynes the Jewellers, Dotteas Vintage Tea Boutique, The Candle Box, Zoukinis and Aphrodite Beauty Salon.

Once voting opens next week, it will be down to you to decide the most favoured company in the town, who will receive an advertising package with the Daily Echo worth £2,500 and expert advice on how to promote their business.

One voter and two runners up will win a share of £1,000 to spend in Coastal BID businesses across Bournemouth.

The top five finalists of the campaign will be announced in your Daily Echo on Monday, May 20.
