Furniture store plan for Hove's Comet site
A former electrical store on an industrial estate is to be taken over by a furniture retailer.
Comet in Goldstone Retail Park in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, closed in November with the loss of 20 jobs.
A planning application has nowbeen submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council to install new signs outside the unit.
The signs show that it will be taken over by Harveys the furniture store and Bensons for Beds.
A decision is expected to be taken by the end of June.
