INCIDENT: The site of a collision on Kinson Road where an elderly man later died after hitting a parked vehicle
A post mortem examination was due to be carried out today following the death of an elderly man in Bournemouth on Saturday.
The man, named locally as Arthur Loader, is believed to have been taken ill at the wheel before his silver Daewoo Matiz struck a green Volkswagen for sale outside Cole Group car dealers in Kinson Road.
The accident took place at 4.45pm and the coroner was informed.
A decision as to whether an inquest will be held will be made when the results of the post mortem examination are known.
