THE A35 Upton by-pass was briefly closed this morning after a car registered to a Swanage man came off the dual carriageway and collided with a fence.
The Air Ambulance was called, but was cancelled as the man's injuries were not serious.
The car, a blue Toyota Avensis, ended up in a field between the Baker's Arms roundabout and the Hamworthy turn-off just after 11am. The casualty was taken to Poole Hospital with minor injuries.
