Temporary traffic lights causing delays in Bournemouth town centre

Temporary traffic lights at Bath Hill continue to cause major delays in Bournemouth this afternoon.

Yellow Buses are reporting delays to all their services in and out of the town centre saying "the temporary traffic lights at Bath Hill are continuing to cause major delays across the network for which we apologise - we are doing all we can behind the scenes."

Road works all over town causing problems not just Bath Hill.
Near town hall, Charminster, alma road plus many more. What is going on? Is it all gas works?

No, its half term, they have to disrupt the traffic to stop too many people coming to have a carefree day out at the seaside on a nice winters day. I'm sure the council could stop them if they wished, but hey, it slows the traffic down
