Cyclist injured in crash

A CYCLIST has been involved in a collision with a car at the junction of Station Road and Pinehurst Road in West Moors at 5.45pm on Friday (Feb 8). The cyclist was treated by paramedics at the scene.

Glad to see the cyclist seems ok but whats going on in West Moors?Am i mistaken or is that three accidents this week all around Station Road.One of my boys worked in West Moors for a month and i did the run several times saw no real reason why these accidents should occur

The joys of the ignored mini roundabout results in multiple near misses every day.
naturally the cylcist will be blaimed for the collision.
East Dorset Council need to get their finger out and, if they'e committed to road safety, close the junction from Pinehurst Road and make residents go the long way round via the A31 or spend the money and make this a traffic light controlled junction.

and the gathers happily catch the speeding cars on the nearby dual carriage way whilst ignoring the danger spot in west moors city centre
