Home proposals don't need impact assessments

Proposals for 50 new homes, a community building and new open space at Holloway Avenue in West Howe do not require an environmental impact assessment, planners have concluded.

A full planning application has not yet been submitted but developers have outlined proposals for a housing estate development on land adjacent to the Elm Academy.

Planners have advised the developers they do not have to carry out an environmental impact assessment but said this does not prejudice the outcome of any future application.

Notice the lack of the word houses it says homes so it will mean more flats to maximise profits. Battery hen status for the plebs..
