Murderer Elliot Turner targeted by prisoners
8:52am Wednesday 23rd January 2013 in News By Jane Reader
MURDERER Elliot Turner has been involved in an “incident” in jail.
Reports that the 21-year-old was beaten up in prison and had his cell torched have not been confirmed by the Prison Service, but a spokesman confirmed the convicted murderer had been involved in “a minor incident” which led to two prisoners being disciplined.
Turner is serving a life sentence for the brutal murder of popular Brockenhurst College student Emily Longley.
He is currently being held at HMP Swaleside in Kent and has been told he will not be considered for parole for at least 16 years.
A Prison Service spokesman told the Daily Echo: “Two prisoners from HMP Swaleside have been disciplined for their roles in a minor incident.”
A report in a national newspaper claimed Turner, who formerly lived with his parents in Queenswood Avenue, Bournemouth, had been attacked after displaying pictures of Emily in his cell and boasting about his wealth.
The newspaper report said he also claimed to have a “fan club” and told how he received letters from many women.
It said he was beaten up when other inmates became sick of his boasts and that his cell was set on fire after he reported the attack to prison officers.
However, the prison spokesman insisted: “There was no cell fire.”
Turner strangled 17-year-old Emily in a jealous rage in bed at his family home in May 2011.
His parents, Leigh and Anita Turner, were each jailed for 27 months for perverting the course of justice during the murder investigation and for trying to help their son evade justice.

What a pompous ar$e he is. He deserves it - and more!
Who the hell allowed him to have photos of Emily in the first place?!! I'm sure her family will not be happy to hear of that :(

Elliot is a spoilt brat and needs bringing down a peg or two... I'm not condoning violence but perhaps this little warning has served it's purpose.

He's a pathetic excuse for a human being who simply cannot bring himself to admit he did wrong. His defence relied on Emily being at fault because he hasn't got the b@lls to admit he killed her outright.
As for stonings and whippings - I would have no problem with that at all - Even the Bible say an eye for an eye and in his case he definitely deserves it for murdering a young woman just because she no longer wanted him - and I can understand why.

On the real though, apparently prison rape is extremely rare in the UK. Not to say that I don't hope this little **** is one of the lucky few to be on the receiving end of it.

'boasting about his wealth'? I've never been to jail but surely that's not a wise thing to do even if you are minted. Funny though in this case. How many people is he going to have to make financial promises to just not get a daily beating?
