Rush-hour crash causes traffic congestion

TWO people were injured in a collision at the West Howe roundabout on Ringwood Road this morning.

Emergency services were scrambled at 8.15 am following the accident which blocked both ways of the A348.

As traffic built up, police officers diverted traffic away from the scene while fire crews released a woman trapped in the wreckage.

Another casualty received medical treatment after complaining of chest pains. The road re-opened at 9.33 am after the debris was cleared.

Mr Woodley total unfounded comment as usual. Where is your evidence of this? PS the accident was on Poole Lane next to Holloway Avenue and not on Ringwood Road so therefore the junction you are referring to had nothing to do with it or people being in a hurry!
