If they are caught how about them getting a decent jail term or will it be yet another slap on the wrist? In the mainstream media there was a story of a woman who glassed someone and has got off with a suspended sentence but she also got off when she had glassed domeone a few years ago as well.

It would help if people got the correct street names too.
At no point does Norwich Avenue meet Poole Hill, it is Norwich Road.
