FOOD producers in Dorchester were paid a visit by a government minister.
David Heath, minister for food and agriculture, visited Dorset Cereals and Blue Vinny Cheese to talk about the importance of the sector.
Mr Heath said: "Our food sector is a key sector for growth and this is an example of a company that is creating an expanding market.
"It's good news for local people and the British economy."
The minister spoke to managing director of Dorset Cereals James Skidmore before taking a tour of the factory in Poundbury.
