A MAN who suffered life-threatening injuries in a fall from a window has left hospital.

Police and paramedics were called to a property in Carnarvon Road, near the central precinct and the Crescent, at around 12.30am on Wednesday, June 14 after the man was injured.

Officers said the casualty, who is in his 40s, was found on the ground outside the house.

He was taken to Southampton General Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Speaking in June, Detective Constable Sarah Close, of Bournemouth CID, said enquiries were underway to establish how the man had sustained his injuries.

"We are trying to find out if he fell or whether someone else was involved," she said.

Police this week said the man, who has now been able to leave the hospital, did not wish to engage with officers.
