FAST growing Chinese takeaway and delivery chain Hotcha has opened its first store in Bournemouth.

The new store in Wimborne Road near Winton employs a 15-strong team and the company is also looking to recruit several new delivery drivers from the local area.

It will open from 11am to 11pm daily and will offer a takeaway service as well as seating for up to six customers inside the store.

James Liang, co-founder and CEO of Hotcha said: “We are delighted to be opening this store in Bournemouth, enabling us to cook for customers in this thriving, seaside town.

"We are keen to recruit local staff and ensure our industry leading payment packages are competitive and rewarding.

“Our ambition is to become the first national Chinese takeaway chain in the UK and the opening our latest store in Bournemouth is a natural step as we continue our rapid growth from our beginnings in Bristol six years ago.

“Following our £7.5 million funding round in 2016, we remain well positioned to deliver our pipeline of a further five stores openings across the UK in 2017.”
