SOME of the best dancers in the area will be showing their talents while raising money for good causes.

The Motion event takes place on Wednesday, April 16, 7pm-9.30pm at the nightclub Halo in Bournemouth town centre.

It has been organised by three students from Bournemouth School for Boys as part of the Shore Ideas project, which challenges entrepreneurial young people to produce returns for charity.

Tickets cost £10 and can be bought at shoreideas.co.uk or at the door. There is a VIP ticket for £15 which includes free soft drinks all night and balcony seating.

Organisers James Hankins, Aden Dzuda and Morgan House chose Julia’s House as their charity to benefit from the event.

James said: “We were all moved by their Children in Need video and the great work that Julia’s House do. We hope we can raise lots of money to assist them as much as possible."

Local dance acts such as DFA, Shake, Poppin Ron and many more will be strutting their stuff and there will also be a fundraising raffle.
