HE’S been described as the rock god of the animal world. Now Professor Noel Fitzpatrick, also known as The Supervet, is about to embark on a live tour performing at venues that are normally home to stars such as Gary Barlow and Kylie Minogue.

Noel Fitzpatrick is a man whose remarkable ability to perform apparent miracles with sick animals – including Meghan Markle’s beagle Guy – has guaranteed a meteoric rise to superstardom on both sides of the Atlantic.

Demand for his tour has been so great – particularly in Bournemouth – that he has just added a matinee in addition to his evening show at the Bournemouth International Centre in November.

Noel said: “I’m delighted to be adding another show in Bournemouth to my tour later this year. I’m looking forward to taking everyone on my journey from a field in Ireland, to the world of regenerative bionics, where everything becomes possible. Welcome to my world!”.

Fitzpatrick is a vet, but he’s no ordinary vet. His Channel 4 show, where beloved cats and dogs (and the occasional hedgehog) are given his specially designed prosthetic or ‘bionic’ limbs has endeared him to millions of viewers

Noel’s Welcome to My World UK and Ireland tour visits the BIC for two shows on Sunday, November 18 – one at 3pm and also at 7.30pm.

A tour spokesman said: “This groundbreaking 23 date tour – a must for all animal lovers and fans of the TV show alike – will see Noel enlighten audiences with his incredible life story and explain how he became The Supervet we know and love.”
