Veganuary. This year it seems more people than ever before are giving up meat and dairy for January.

The annual campaign aims to encourage more of us to go vegan to help the planet by going animal free for 31 days.

Veganuary launched in the UK in 2014 and is a global charity which encourages people to try a vegan way of life at the start of the year.
