CURRY expert, Cyrus Todiwala, turned up the heat in the kitchen when he visited Bournemouth and Poole College earlier this month.
Cyrus who was the BBC's food personality of the year, helped catering students spice up a seven course menu for around 60 diners at the college's Escoffier restaurant.
As well as members of the public, guests included restaurant sponsors, Captain's Club in Christchurch.
Cyrus spoke to guests during the dinner and praised students for their hard work as well as providing some background detail of some of the dishes on the menu.
Chef lecturer Dave Boland, who helped supervise in the kitchen, said Cyrus created a fun and exciting atmosphere in the build-up to the dinner.
He said: "He put everyone at ease as he popped out of the kitchen into the restaurant to speak to the guests."
