In the ever-blooming beauty industry, trends and products evolve rapidly on a daily basis, injecting a sense of excitement and forever transporting us into the new.

With revolutionary creations that’ll enhance our day-to-day living, we can forever expect and anticipate thrilling finds that may change the way we see beauty.

From clever commodities to celebrity and designer-endorsed products and collaborations, the alluring world of everything that is beautiful has never appeared so infectious.

The month of June naturally indicates the beginnings of summer, and so as this seasonal fashion tends to indicate skin exposure, fortunately, an abundance of wonderful ways to fake it on the market has arrived in the forms of sprays, gels, mousses and lotions.

A particular favourite that has come out on top is the St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse – it’s formulated with a guide colour so you can see where you’re tanning when applying, and thanks to it being a mousse that’s applied by hand, there is an element of control with the use of a mitt that not only is the tanning essential, it will prevent streaks and getting hands messy. Boots, £20.33.

Are we about to witness the end for shampoos? The question lingers as Purely Perfect’s Cleansing Cream arrives.

The non-foaming ‘un-shampoo’ not only prevents colour-fade, it also minimises time spent in the shower, one wash at a time, and it also saves the environment. The product is extremely versatile thanks to its ‘cleansing conditioners’ and ‘curl control’ properties, aiding a new-generation ‘anti shampoo’ that delivers fantastic results on fine and coarse hair.

Purely Perfect’s detergent-free cleansing cream ultimately cleans but doesn’t foam when in contact with hair, feeling immediately cleaner as soon as you rinse it out.

Once more, the revolutionary hair product magically appears more textured, looking as though conditioner and styling products have already been applied. Priced £35.

In other beauty news, designers and models are set to collaborate with some of the world’s most famous beauty brands, creating an all-round buzz of utter excitement.

Flamboyant fashion designer John Galliano, announced his arrival at Russian perfumery chain L’Etoile as the brand’s new creative director where he will create communication and brand images, developing make-up and accessories collections under L’Etoile’s signature cosmetics brand, L’Etoile Selection.

Gucci has confirmed that the fashion house is launching its first cosmetics line, with Charlotte Casiraghi, the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco, fronting the campaigns.

The new collection is full with anticipation and will include eye, lip, nail and face make-up. Brushes and skin preparation products are included in the range also, but we’ll have to wait until September until the collection is unveiled.

Model and fashionista, Alexa Chung will be introduced as the new face of Nails Inc, celebrating their 15th birthday this year with a complete packaging redesign and two new nail lines created in collaboration with her.

The range will feature six texture-inspired polishes including a mink-hued matt polish and two jazzy glitter varnishes that will be available from August.

Until next time, stay beautiful! X
