RUNNING nationwide for more than 30 spectacularly successful years, this wonderful rock ‘n’ roll variety show has polished and perfected their unique entertaining formula – optimistic powerful pop songs, hilarious comedy routines, and nostalgic overhead projections showing atmospheric social history of the 1950s, 60s, 70s and 80s.

The mix of the multi-talented live band and the brilliant front vocalists, comedians, and impressionists is utterly compelling.

Opening with Merry Christmas Everyone, Rock ‘n’ Roll Christmas, and the stylish Let It Snow, this show cements its musical roots while constantly reinventing fresh ideas, introducing explosive new talent, yet staying true to its core musical and comedic values.

Outstanding is a loving heartfelt tribute to the late, truly great multi-talented maestro Bruce Forsyth – brilliantly performed by Gary Anderson in the long-running TV classic Sunday Night At The London Palladium (where TBTD sparkled this year).

On “The Palladium” bill are TBTD’s version of “The Hollies”, powering their harmonic way through Here I Go Again, Yes I Will, and their 1965 number one I’m Alive.

Further highlights include a moving version of Silent Night, featuring the sizzling lead guitar of Olly Gray blended with Clive Fishlock’s emotional flute, and new boy Pete Jackson exploding off the stage as a forensically accurate Freddie Mercury and Sting.

Backstage, TBTD writer/producer/director/performer Trevor Payne revealed his new show Walk Right Back featuring the true story of the Everley Brothers... Happy New Year Trevor!
