IT’S all go for this electro-infused indie pop quartet from Poole.

Recently signed to Red Dragon Records, their latest offering BYOB, released last month, comes bounding along after their first single Oh, Jane Doe.

Let’s Go Safari thread their jaunty sound with everyday experiences from life in Poole and on the south coast.

The original duo are Clive Coats and Ryan Wood formed in August 2010.

Since then the band have recently expanded to bring in Oli Crisp on bass and James Mosley on drums, for a fuller sound.

As the current incarnation of Let’s Go Safari they have written dozens of songs.

The band cites their musical influences as The Beatles, The Velvet Underground, The Turtles, The Beach Boys, The Strokes, Pete And The Pirates, Two Door Cinema Club, The Young Knives and Born Ruffians.

You can catch the boys on tour soon and they recently made an appearance on Tom Robinson’s BBC6 Music Introducing podcast.
