LOCAL rockers Saints of Sin are set to crank up the amp to 11 tonight at the legendary Joiners in Southampton. The venue was recently voted Best Small Music Venue by NME readers.

When Saints of Sin played their first headline show there at the end of March, it was to a near-capacity crowd. Now the boys hope to achieve a repeat performance.

Complete with Lycra and big hair, Saints Of Sin is a band in the tradition of the guitar-driven ‘hair metal’ rock bands of the ’80s.

This motley crew puts a contemporary twist on their rock sound and blend anthemic original songs with covers such as The Darkness’ I Believe in a Thing Called Love, Guns n Roses’ Sweet Child of Mine and Bon Jovi’s Living on a Prayer.

Support of the night comes from Toxic Shock and When Duty Calls.
