BOURNEMOUTH’S reggae band Dubheart has recently had international success at the Northern European Semi Finals of the Rototom Reggae Competition in London.
The boys will now be travelling to Zurich in Switzerland for the finals of the contest, where they will go head-to-head in a musical battle for the title of Best Reggae Band in Europe.
To celebrate their success and also to raise essential funds for the journey, Dubheart will be teaming up with the Countryman Collective to provide a night of friendly and positive roots reggae music tomorrow night at the Winchester.
The doors open at 7pm and the event will finish at 11pm. All are welcome to join them for this live musical performance, with DJ support. Entry on the door is £5.
Dubheart were formed in 1999 with the core members of the crew all from Bournemouth.
They produce and release all of the music themselves and have played many of the most popular festivals including Glastonbury, Endorse It In Dorset, Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Outlook Croatia and too many more to mention. Catch them at The Winchester tomorrow night.
