CARO Emerald has announced an extensive UK tour which includes Bournemouth next spring. The Emerald Island Tour will visit The Pavilion Theatre on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

Speaking from the recording studio, where she is working on a new album, Caro said: “A new year, new songs, a new show, a new tour. I can’t wait to come over to the UK again, I’m really looking forward to it.”

Since the release of her 2010 multi-platinum debut album Deleted Scenes from the Cutting Room Floor Caro Emerald has fashioned her own niche.

Gorgeous and stylish, Caro blends retro jazz with sampling and modern pop to create her signature sound.

Her second album The Shocking Miss Emerald spent an impressive 52 consecutive weeks in the official UK album chart in 2013 having entered the Official UK Album Chart at No. 1.

The tracks Tangled Up and Liquid Lunch received hours of airplay on radio stations.

With more than 2.5 million record sales, 40 million YouTube views, a host of awards (including an Echo, Goldene Kamera, Edison Award, EBBA & MTV Music Award), and a string of sold out tours and performances at festivals throughout Europe including Glastonbury and Isle of Wight, Caro has made her mark.
