RAPPER Professor Green has announced he is postponing his upcoming UK tour in May due to a turbulent 18 months.

This is good news for Bourne-mouth though as the tour has been rescheduled for November and December and includes a new date at the O2 Academy Bournemouth on December 10.

The Read All About it star issued a statement saying: “The last 18 months have been mental, turbulent, up and down, round and round, amazing, horrible, happy, sad, frus-trating, testing, trying and above all incredibly stressful.”

He added that he had hoped to bring out his new album last October.

Professor Green also confirmed that he has finished his new album and released a teaser of the first track from the as-yet untitled album.

“I wanted an album out last October but as most of you are aware a lot has happened in my wonderfully colourful day to day life.

“I got hit by a car, got married and then had my life turned upside down by an entirely unfounded arrest for something which I was subsequently not charged.

“A waste of time. Silly billy bully boys.”

He told his fans that he wanted them to be able to get to know his new album so that they could “sing our little hearts out together.”

“I’m not gonna come out and perform the same set I have been since the last album, it wouldn’t be fair to you – at least not until I’m doing a greatest hits tour when I’m on my third marriage, have 12 kids and a huge tax bill.”
