STUDENTS from Bournemouth’s grammar schools are celebrating success in this year’s Echo-backed Enterprise Challenge scheme.
A team of pupils from Bournemouth School and Bournemouth School for Girls won prizes for finance and for the best trade stand at the event, hosted by Swedish bank Handelsbanken at its Richmond Hill offices.
The team, named Reciprocal, sourced four products – pashminas, key rings, fridge magnets and air horns – to sell at trade fairs.
“We’re delighted with the success of Reciprocal,” said Nick Lowe, branch manager. “Enterprise Challenge is a great way of introducing young people to the highs and lows of running a business.”
