Ballard School pupil in British polo squad

BALLARD School pupil Charlie Roberts has been selected for the GB Water Polo Squad for his age.
The 13-year-old Year 9 student is one of a squad of 60 who will train together over the next two years and compete for places in the Junior European Championships in 2012.
“We all congratulate Charlie on his excellent achievement and we wish him well in this exciting opportunity,” said David Dunn, head of the senior school.
