With just a few days left until Christmas Day, all eyes are on the weather.

It won't be a white Christmas but it will be a warm one with temperatures set to stay above average for this week.

Monday will be cloudy in the morning with light rain turning heavier into the afternoon and highs of 12C.

Tuesday will be overcast and 14C with sunny spells predicted for Wednesday.

Christmas Eve will see light cloud in the morning with the possibility of a heavy shower around 3pm, before the rain eases.

The Met Office says Christmas Day will be wet with rain throughout the day with heavy outbursts of rain mid-afternoon. It will feel mild with temperatures of 13C.

The BBC says Christmas Day will see light cloud for most of the day up until around 3pm when there will be a heavy shower. 

The Bournemouth Echo forecast also predicts rain and highs of 12C. 

If you're planning on venturing out on Boxing Day, it will be overcast but dry with a high of 13C once again.
