Today is the last chance to donate to this year’s toy appeal.
We have been completely blown away by the generosity of some of our readers with toy donations filling up most of the Bournemouth Echo reception area.
Hundreds of toys have also been handed in at Natwest branches across the region but there is still time to buy just one extra present so that every child gets a present for Christmas.
All the toys collected will be shared between various charities including the Amelia-Grace Rainbow Fund, the Salvation Army and the Trussell Trust to help support the foodbanks’ Christmas hamper appeal.
The toy appeal will officially end today so that we can get all the toys wrapped in time for Christmas.
Please make sure you get your donations to the Daily Echo offices in Richmond Hill, Bournemouth, or our Swanage office in Commercial Road.
You can also drop off toys at Natwest branches in Bournemouth, Westbourne, Poole High Street, Upper Parkstone, Broadstone, Wimborne, Boscombe, Southbourne, Wareham, Winton, Castlepoint, Christchurch, New Milton, Hythe and Lymington.
