THE former site of the River Island store in the heart of Bournemouth has been transformed into a new restaurant due to open its doors to the public on Saturday.
Three months of renovation works for the new Cosy Club - the first in Dorset - has seen three separate floors created for diners.
It opens on Saturday morning at 9am, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner until 10pm seven days a week.
Brunch is served until 6pm.
And due to its seasonal opening there will also be a Christmas menu option in addition to the usual food, served at the 11 other Cosy Clubs across the country including Salisbury, Exeter, and Taunton.
General manager, Dave King, said: "They are all in unique buildings. And they totally change at night. We dim the lights down and it's a completely different room, almost romantic."
The first floor comes with a full-length bar beneath grand chandeliers, while the second floor is more twee with the quintessential Cosy feel.
The top floor, again with its own bar, comes complete with a partially-open roof terrace and can be booked for private parties.
Dave, who has worked at the Bristol and Taunton sites previously, added: "I'm looking forward to having a sun terrace in the sunniest place in Britain."
