A MUSIC event for people with disabilities was headlined by Tinie Tempah and put on with the help of a company in Bournemouth.

Why Not People? is the UK’s first music and events club for people with disabilities.

It hosted its first accessible event at the Troxy in London, with Tinie Tempah headlining and a bill that included Aluna Francis, Flawless, Romesh, Ranganathan, F2 Freestyles and Shingai.

Bournemouth-based marketing and PR company Lineup Media was appointed by to help build awareness of the enterprise and a series of music events in 2015-16.

Why Not People? was set up by presenter and model Jameela Jamil to put on music events and educate people about disability and inclusion.

Lineup Media said it was “very proud to be working with a social enterprise looking to change how disability is viewed and access at venues in general”.
