A HOUSE builder says three-storey homes are proving popular in Dorset as a way of unlocking more living space.
Charles Church South Coast is building homes at Waters Edge, close to the centre of Wimborne, including the three-storey Foxglove design with three bedrooms.
The three-storey properties are on the bank of the River Stour with country views.
Mark Docherty, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Coast, said: “Buying a home tops the list of the most important and expensive decisions that people make in life so getting it right is critical.
“To make the decision easier, our three-storey properties offer the luxury, space and flexibility that buyers are looking for. The Foxglove house includes a lovely ground floor family room, dining kitchen and a sumptuous top floor master suite.”
Waters Edge is a mix of two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses just over a mile from the centre of Wimborne.
