GOADSBY the estate agent, which has its head office in Bournemouth, has let a retail unit at 110 Poole Road in Westbourne to Palmer Snell estate agents.
The premises comprise 900sqft of ground-floor space with an additional 785sqft at basement level.
Palmer Snell, which has relocated its Westbourne branch from Seamoor Road, took a new 10-year lease at a starting rent of £23,000 per year.
