COMMERCIAL property owners and tenants are being reminded by Goadsby’s director of property management that next quarter’s rent is due on Christmas Day.

Paul Stewart is urging landlords to be flexible.

“Not only can an inflexible attitude result in a tenant failing, but an investment owner could be dipping his hand into his own pocket much more than before in order to re-let,” he said.

Mr Stewart recommends early communication between tenants and occupiers.
