ACTING on behalf of Wildbrook Investments (Industrial) Ltd, Goadsby Commercial has let 5,500 sq ft of refurbished industrial warehouse premises at £33,000 per annum. James Edwards, associate director at Goadsby, said: “This is one of a series of lettings which we have recently completed at Holton Heath Trading Estate.
“Due to the refurbishment works our client has carried out on several units, it is proving to be a very popular development.”
