Successful lets will ensure shops can cater for Verwood's growth

GOADSBY has let five new shop units in Verwood achieving a rent of £22 per sq ft.

Divisional director Patrick Willis said: “This attractive development provided much-needed new retail space in Verwood which has experienced considerable population growth over the last 20 years without an improvement in the retail offer locally.”

Shop units one and two have been let to Spar, unit three to Edward Jones Ltd, unit four to card and gift retailer 3 Wishes and unit five to Nicholas O’Hara funeral directors.

The development also features five first-floor office suites and a two-storey office building to the rear measuring between 730 sq ft and 2,319 sq ft.
