FIRST-floor offices at 94 Castle Lane West have been let by Goadsby, on behalf of Brian Bainton.
Lindsay Surgical Supplies Ltd and Halo Hypnotherapy have rented the 977 sq ft space on a three-year lease for £9,000 per annum.
Tom Chapman from Goadsby business space said: “The premises generated a lot of interest due to the prominent location to Castle Lane West.”
