FOURTEEN industrial warehouse units are being built at Bournemouth International Airport by Manchester Airport Developments Ltd (MADL).
The units, which will form the Cirrus Court development, will each measure between 998 and 6,137 sq ft and will be ready for occupation in February 2009.
Twenty per cent of the scheme is already under offer off-plan. The units are being built to a high specification with 6.5 metre eaves, 5 metre high loading doors, composite panel cladding above brick elevations and windows at ground- and first-floor level. Chris Wilson, director of Goadsby, said: “More and more businesses are attracted to Aviation Business Park at Bournemouth Airport due to its proximity to the A338 and A31 dual carriageways and we have received strong interest from occupiers interested in renting new, high- quality and well located accommodation.”
Rentals start at £8.50 per square foot and Manchester Airport Developments Ltd will consider short, medium or long-term leases.
