A&R Developments has commenced the speculative construction of 11 high-tech business and industrial warehouse units at The Concept Centre, Tower Park, Poole, after gaining detailed planning consent.

There will be eight 1,058 sq ft starter units, which will have an asking price of £159,950 or can be let for £11,000 per annum. Three business units ranging from 2,653 sq ft to 3,210 sq ft will be for sale at £345,000 and for rent at £27,750 per annum.

The units will be ready for occupation in spring (2009).

Goadsby director Chris Wilson said: “Twenty per cent is already under offer off-plan and the purchasers have been attracted by the quality of construction, the high 6.8-metre internal eaves height, the prime location and the high-tech glazed frontages.”

The scheme is being marketed by joint sole agents Goadsby and Nettleship Sawyer.
