Notice is given that Sylvan First School has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as: Sylvan First School, Livingstone Road, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset BH12 3DT. The proposed licensable activities are:

Performances of: plays, concerts, films and dance both indoors and outdoors by children attending the school and visiting groups. Events organised by PTFA for fundraising including parties and disco fior children attending the school, Christmas and Summer Fair, Quiz nights. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH170NF.Representations must be received no later than 27/06/12.
