CLARK John Anthony Peacefully on 11th May 2018 at Forest Holme Hospice. A devoted husband to Mary and a dearly loved father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service in celebration of John's life will take place at St James' Church, Poole, on Wednesday 13th June 2018, at 12.00pm, followed by a private family cremation. By request, formal dress but black need not be worn. 'Please be aware that parking at St James' Church is limited to those needing disabled access and the funeral cars. Those attending the service are respectfully asked to find alternate parking spaces' Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, will benefit Forest Holme Hospice and Green Island Holiday Trust.
