WILLIAMS Philip Edward 'Phil' Died peacefully on Monday 9th April 2018, aged 79 years. Much loved husband of Pat and father to Celia and Christopher and loving grandad. He will be sadly missed. His Funeral Service will be held in the Long Barrow Ceremony Hall at Harbour View on Monday 23rd April at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please.
