HUGHES Pat On 3rd February 2018, peacefully at Forest Holme Hospice, aged 80 years. Much loved Wife of the late Tony, Mum of Stephen and Paula, Mother in Law of Mandy and Tim, Grandma of George, Bill, Jack and Will. Funeral Service to be held at St Stephen's Church, Kingston Lacy on Wednesday, 28th February at 11 am followed by private interment.
