BAVERSTOCK CHRISTOPHER JOHN Borne with courage, bravery and his usual dignity Chris lost his fight for life at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital on 6th November 2017, aged 72 years. Retired Firefighter with Dorset Fire Brigade. Much loved and treasured Husband of Elaine. Dear Dad on Janine, Paul, Tony and Trudy. Loved Grandad of Jane, Claire, Jade, Amelia and Jaydon. Dear Brother of Bob, Pete, Paul and Debbie and their families. His Funeral Service will take place at the Bournemouth Crematorium, Strouden Avenue on Friday November 24th at 3.00pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired for Royal Bournemouth Hospital Charity may be sent to Harry Tomes Ltd. F.D. Chris, you are my brother,friend and role model.
Thank you for all the help and support you have given unconditionally to me and many many others through out your life. Rest in peace now and we will all take care of the memories. I am going to miss you……

You fought so hard Chris,but now at peace with your mum and dad and mum and dad Jardine who always said you were more than a son to them. At last free from pain. Thank you for 51 years of wonderful marriage and all that went with it. Will miss you so much but will love you forever. Until we meet again, your loving wife and soulmate, Elaine xxx
