WOODROFFE JOHN (CHEF) Passed away suddenly on Sunday 30th April, aged 89 years. Beloved father to Linda and Stephen, Grandpa to Gary and Colin and great grandpa to Autumn, Logan and Layton. John will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Service at Hinton Park Woodland Burial Ground on Wednesday 31st May at 3 pm. Flowers can be sent to Hinton Park Woodland Burial Ground. My love and thoughts go to the family of John, he used to live next door to me and my Mum and Dad, and when I got married he made our wedding cake, John and his wife and children were very good neighbours to my Mum and Dad. So sad to see this news and my thoughts once again to his children. Brenda Dyett used to be Davis of Lawson Road Parkstone.

Hello, I was the Head waiter at the Melford Hall Hotel, and worked with John for 10/12 years, good times, and lots of laughs. R.I.P. John. I have been in Spain since the beginning of May, and don't return until mid June, hence missed John's funeral. Condolences to all the family. John White...mm
