COOK (née THOMAS) SIAN Peacefully slipped away on 17th July 2015 at Christchurch Macmillan Unit. Cherished wife of Gary, Mum of Joshua, Eleanor and Maddison. Daughter of Annette and Michael, also much loved sister, Aunt and friend. The family would like to thank all the Macmillan staff for their care and support. Funeral to take place at Bournemouth Crematorium on Thursday 30th July at 11.30am. (A private family reminiscence of Sian will take place afterwards) Family flowers only, but if wished, donations in lieu for 'Macmillan Caring Locally', may be sent to George Scott Funeral Service, 1537 Wimborne Road, Kinson, BH10 7BD.
