LEE MICHAEL JAMES (Mike) Passed away peacefully at the Forest Holme Hospice on April 14th 2015 aged 60 years. Beloved Husband of Zena, Much loved Father of Adam & Amy, and he will be very sadly missed by us all. Following a Private Funeral Service for family only a celebration of Mike’s life will take place at the Five Ways Public House on Thursday April 23rd from 12.00.noon.
