ROGERS ALAN VERE NEWTON On Saturday 13th December 2014, aged 91. Treasured Husband of Rosemary, much loved Father of Gabrielle, Deirdre and Richard, and to Laurence. A beloved Brother, Uncle, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. His spirit now alive with Jesus Christ his Saviour, awaiting that great day of resurrection. Burial at North Cemetery, Strouden Avenue, for family only, on Friday 2nd January at 1.00pm, followed by Thanksgiving Service at West Cliff Baptist Church, Poole Road, Westbourne, at 2.00pm. No flowers please, but donations, if desired, to Far East Broadcasting Association may be sent to W Smith & Sons Funeral Directors, 639 - 645 Wimborne Road, Winton, BH9 2AR. Special thanks to all the Staff on Ward 3, Bournemouth Hospital and to Dr Sapna. Such constant kindness.
