JACOBS Iris May (née Wellstead) Passed away at Poole Hospital on Sunday 19th October aged 61 years. Much loved wife of David. Dearest mum of Sharon and Lynne and to Andrew. Loving nanny of Isobel, Holly, Leah, Guy and Kyle. Funeral Service in the Church of Lady St Mary, Wareham on Thursday 30th October at 2.00pm. Please feel free to wear pink clothing.
