FERNS PHIL (Snr) Passed away suddenly but peacefully on Saturday 25th August 2007  after a short illness,  leaving his devoted Wife Jean,  two loving Sons Mark and Phil  and his Grandchildren  Ben, Jack, Ashley and Holly.   Football was his life,  his years playing for  Liverpool never forgotten.  The song 'You'll Never Walk Alone'  has never been more poignant than now.   He is now with those we love who have already gone,  so until we all meet again he will be sadly missed by all his family.   The Funeral Service will take place  at Poole Crematorium  on Wednesday 5th September at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, please,  but donation cheques in favour of  'Poole Council for Voluntary Service (PCTS)'  be sent to  Co-operative Funeral Directors,  157 Fratton Road,  Portsmouth.  PO1 5ER.  Tel 023 92 863 031.
